These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website at siamhor.live and the watch repair services offered by Siam Horolog ("we", "us", "our"), located at 89 Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. By using this website or engaging our services, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" — any watch repair, servicing, or related work carried out by Siam Horolog.
• "Timepiece" — any watch or clock submitted to the workshop by the client.
• "We / Us / Our" — Siam Horolog, its staff, and agents.
• "You / Client" — the individual who submits a timepiece or uses this website.
• "Agreement" — these Terms together with any written or verbal service confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry through this website, dropping off a timepiece at the workshop, or proceeding with any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are submitting on behalf of another party, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Services Offered

Siam Horolog offers three categories of watch repair service:

• Battery and Gasket Replacement — for quartz timepieces
• Full Service Overhaul — for mechanical movements
• Chronograph and Complication Service — for watches with additional mechanisms

Services are available at the workshop during opening hours. We reserve the right to decline a service request if the work falls outside the scope of our technical capability or if the condition of the timepiece makes safe servicing impractical.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the timepiece, including any known faults or previous repairs.
• You must collect the timepiece within 60 days of being notified that service is complete. Storage beyond this period may incur a handling fee.
• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of any timepiece submitted, or have the owner's explicit authority to authorise service.
• You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system associated with it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layout, and design — is the property of Siam Horolog or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use our trade name or any associated marks.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿). The following rates apply to our standard service tiers:

• Battery and Gasket Replacement: ฿2,500
• Full Service Overhaul: ฿5,400
• Chronograph and Complication Service: ฿8,200

Payment is due at the time of collection. We accept cash and bank transfer. If additional work is identified during service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No supplementary charges will be applied without prior agreement.

Refund and Cancellation

If you choose not to proceed after a service has been completed, you remain responsible for the agreed service cost. If you withdraw before work begins, no charge will apply. Partial refunds may apply if work is partially completed at the time of cancellation — this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Scope of Work

The scope of each service is as described on our Solutions page. Work not included in the agreed scope will not be performed without your prior consent. We will record the pre-service condition of your timepiece in writing.

Parts and Components

We use manufacturer-grade or equivalent-quality replacement components. Replaced parts will be retained until collection and returned to you on request. We will not use components of substantially lower quality without your knowledge.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times (same-day to four weeks, depending on service tier) are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to parts availability or technical complexity. We will inform you of any significant change to the expected timeline.

8. Disclaimers

Watch repair involves inherent risks, particularly with aged or previously damaged movements. We exercise reasonable care throughout every service; however, we cannot take responsibility for pre-existing faults that become apparent during work on a timepiece, or for failures that are unrelated to the service performed.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We do not warrant that the website will be available without interruption or error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including sentimental value. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siam Horolog from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your provision of inaccurate information about a timepiece submitted for service.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a service agreement before work begins, with no financial obligation. Once work has commenced, the terms of Section 6 apply. We reserve the right to refuse future services to individuals who have breached these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a service provided by Siam Horolog shall first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the courts of Bangkok, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Thai consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522) applies where relevant.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with any written service confirmation, constitute the full agreement between us.
• Severability — if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver — failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in future.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• Notices — formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our workshop address.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
